Any ideas on customizing 98 Stratus , not many options without spending hefty amount..

Depends on what you want to customize. Your local auto parts store will have lots of cool decals and chrome stick on emblems. Perhaps some fuzzy dice to hang from the rear view mirror as well.

Engine and exhaust, mainly but starting to see the oil leaking in cause I got the bluish smoke now

Catch up on all the maintenance first and fix known issues before dumping money into modifications. You can do the usual bolt on stuff, cold air intake and a free flowing exhaust. Those won't do much but make more noise though. Check out a few online places, ebay, autoanything, etc, and start searching for stuff you might want.
