The other day after about an hour of driving my coolant tank was bubbling and my radiator fan was not running. I have no leaks, checked my oil to see if radiator fluid was in it and it wasn't. Since then I took a fuse out for one of my fans and the fans will now stay on at all times. If I put a fuse back in that spot my fans don't kick on. Any ideas?
It's a 2001 stratus se

 

Impossible for the fans to run without the fuse. Your post makes no sense.
