Unhappy HELP! 2005 Stratus Stalls Out P0038 P0032 P0700

Hey guys this is my first time posting a problem I'm having to the forum. I can usually find a fix searching my symptoms and OBD codes on google but this time I'm not having any luck.

2005 Dodge Stratus 2.4L SXT Sedan

PROBLEM: The car will start fine but the voltage is low ~12.4 when running and car will eventually die when the battery runs out. The battery light comes on along with the check engine light. The OBD codes I get are P0032 P0038 and P0700.

I've replaced the alternator thinking it had died but the symptoms were exactly the same. And codes return after being cleared every time.

I've replaced the PCM with a reman from ebay but symptoms are exactly the same with replacement.

The battery holds a charge just fine but dies because it's not getting recharged.

I'm already out a couple hundred bucks now troubleshooting this issue. Should I replace the wiring harness or the O2 sensors now too or is there something else that I should check first?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Default Fixed

Posting the solution to help others. G103 ground was corroded causing open field circuit. It was located under the brake master cylinder. What could've been an easy fix cost me $400 in wrong parts
