Is it possible that a worn CV joint can cause a feeling like something is going to fall apart while driving? I notice if I steer right and left and right and left the sense that something is about to fall apart becomes less. The Stratus has 122,000 plus miles and is a 2001 Sedan SE. If not that maybe the strut shock is bad or weak? Does anybody have any idea?

 

Could be any one or all of those things. First thing you need to do is inspect the front end components yourself. You have the vehicle with you.
