Dodge stratus shifting issues
Hey guys! 2004 dodge stratus 2.4l sxt
i have quite a few codes.. my car has 111k miles.
p0944 loss of hydrolic pump prime
p0731
p0732
p0733
p0846 second and 4th gear clutch hydrolic pressure switch
p0846 transmission switch b circuit
p0700 transmission control system
p1790 malfunction after shift
car makes noises from the transmission.
it runs and shifts for the most part but it does have a hard time shifting into gear.
i see fluid leaking near the bottom of the transmission by the oil pan. However I don't have any puddles under the car in the morning.
transmission oil dip stick level looks descent.
wondering if I'm looking at a full rebuilt or would these codes show up if there was a leak causing the transmission to malfunction? I'm mostly familiar with Subaru's so what do u guys think I should look into first? The car has a hard time engaging gears while driving and the whining like noise only comes on usually when In a lower gear but it does happen on and off and usually happens under acceleration. Thank you so much!
