This sounds like it could be a climate control actuator, or even a fuse. Does the car have right and left side climate control? If so, does the passenger side heat up?

the car has single climate control, it just does not put out heat on the left side whether it is the on floor or the dash vent

So there is air coming out, and there is no separator from left to right, but the right gets warm and the left does not, and only on the floor or dash vents.... is that right?

cold air comes out on left side dash vents and the floor vent, the ride side works as it should, it is not dual climate control
