2001 Dodge Stratus 201k mileage 2.4L DOHC. I keep getting a P0601 code which is my ECU. I just replaced the ECU (Part Number: 79-6033V) 2 weeks ago for the 2nd time in 4 months. Again my check engine light came on and I was able to connect my reader and get the code but now it won't start. I bought the most recent one through AutoZone and i have a 1 year warranty but before i change it again is there anything else I can change that would be causing this issue? I've read some forums and it may be the wiring harness, is this something that can be possibly ruining these ECUs i've been getting? If so how difficult is this to change or how much would it cost me to get it changed at a mechanic?
