I have a 05 SXT coupe Mitsubishi 2.4L @ 119210 miles . Had the timing belt changed ,water pump, other belts. Now my car runs rough at idle, vibrates more ,and the engine sounds different. At acceleration everything is fine. No check engine light on. Had a full tune up two months ago plugs, wires, air filter and so on. Could the timing belt be off? What to do? Help any suggestions ? My car actually ran a lot better before I changed the belts

 

does the engine use balancer shafts that are turned by the timing belt?

 

Take it back to whoever did the work and have them fix it.
