Good Day, I have an issue with a 2004 Dodge Stratus, 2.7L. When the ignition is switched off, the Odometer and Seat Belt light stay on. We locked the doors and wait and they still stay on never turning.

All the door switches appear to be working fine, Dome lights work, Radio works fine. Only the dash lights appear to stay illuminated.

If I'm not mistaken they should turn off after a little time, I reset the battery and the problem still persists.

Note: I just found that the key can be removed when the vehicle is on and running, could a back lock cylinder cause this issue as well?

Any ideas would be appreciated.
