Default Code P0172 Stratus 2.4 L DOHC

Hello, I have a 2003 Stratus with the 2.4 L DOHC engine. I bought the car with a rough idle, the records that came with the car show that a new timing belt was installed less than 1000 miles ago. I have changed the MAP sensor, Purge valve solenoid, plugs, Idle air control, upper O2 sensor, Engine coolant sensor, It already had new wires and new cam position sensor and it still runs rough and giving code P0172, any Ideas that I haven't done already that you could suggest? I was hoping that I would not have to pull the timing components but I'm afraid that's where I have to go next, any last thing I should try before pulling the timing? Thanks

Vehicle is running rich, possible MAF or MAP Sensor, they can go bad and not throw a code for it.

I am thinking that you are a tooth advanced on the intake cam. This would cause a rich condition and create all sorts of havoc for the computer.
the bright side of this is that you have eliminated any future bad sensor issues.
