Hey guys, I got a 06 Stratus with what I think is a bad BCM. No radio, No locks and also can't read any codes from the OBD-II port. I get no voltage or activity. When the ignition is turned on, the CEL will flash 10 times then rest.

I checked all fuses and swapped relays, everything appears to be good. Any ideas? Is there anything internal that can be replaced? Diode or something solderable? Anyone do repairs?

The vehicle still starts and runs.
