I have an 03 stratus coupe thought i had a problem with master cylinder but noticed it was leaking out of underneath car by a big plastic part towards middle to back of car its black on bottom and white clear on top.. . i looked up diagrams and i see something about a fixed proportioning valve not sure where exactly leak is but have no brakes and trying to figure what exact problem is. hope someone can help..TY..
