So I parked my 2003 Stratus rt last fall because of a flat and other wheel issues. I started this afternoon by cleaning battery terminals and giving the battery a charge. To the best guess I would say the battery is in decent enough shape and holds a charge.

ISSUE: When turning the key, the engine sounds like it winds a couple times before completely stopping, then I lose power completely until I turn the key all the way back.
