Default Gauges and accesories dead when warmed up.

My in-laws 2000 Stratus loses the instrument panel, wipers an a/c when it is very warm or after the vehicle is driven for 20 minutes or so. Engine still runs starts and runs fine. It started doing this after some front end body work. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

Not going to be easy, but you will have to start in the area of the work done and start looking for pinched wires.

Thanks. Since the work involved the left front fender, I will check the battery cables and connection in the engine compartment.
