Having trouble with '96 Stratus (2.4 4cyl) ignition fuel starter. Fuse pops when cold...car will not start. Put new fuse in, put fuel stabilizer in gas tank, added fuel to above half tank, let sit for 24 hours. Then, it started. Now, tank is full, sat overnight in near zero temp and fuse popped again. Now what? RSVP ASAP!!!

 

Has anyone gotten to the bottom of this? I am having the same problem with my 96 Stratus. I would like to try a solution that has worked for someone else before I spend an arm and a leg letting a tech chase the problem down.
