Default Engine rebuild

I have a 2002 Dodge Stratus R/T with the 3.0 V6 that has a little shy of 300k miles on it. I'm about to pull the engine to rebuild and was wondering other than the head bolts, are there any other bolts that need to be replaced during the rebuild? The last two GM cars I rebuilt engines for the rod bolts were torque to angle and required replacement. I just ordered a set of service manuals for the car and I am, but I'm not looking forward in diving into this as it's one of the first Japanese built engines I've worked on, the other being a 2.2 Liter out of a Toyota MR2.
