Trouble Turning Over
2005 Stratus SXT
192k on odometer but engine was replaced with a junkyard motor that has about 90k on it.

Brand new fuel pump replaced this past summer. Thought it was the fuel pump so I switched it out for another brand new one and still have the same problem.
When starting the car, it seems to not want to turn over. It cranks but does not start. I let the fuel pump surge and wait until the red light on the dash goes off. I do this three times and then the engine will start. This car is going to my daughter in a few months when she gets her license so I want to make sure it is reliable for her to drive back and forth to school/work. Any suggestions?
