I have 1999 Dodge Stratus ES. The driver side windsheild wiper arm has become completely Loose. in other words it is still completely on the car but it does not move when the passenger side wiper moves and you can position the arm anywhere on windsheild. I am trying to find any and all information about this problem. I have found some allen head bolts on the cowling But I have not been able to find any info on removing the wiper arms then what to do from there please help any advise or information would be greatly appreciated thanks
