I have searched every auto part site, looked through pages of manuals. What is this part called so I can find a replacement. Thank you in advance.

 

Thats an intake resonator. It dampens sound from the intake. Might try ebay or a junk yard. If yours is broken or something, you can remove it completely, just plug the hole in the intake where is was attached. Won't hurt anything. Looks like it's discontinued anyway.
