Im working on an 02 stratus. Running/parking lights stay on even with key out of the ignition. I assumed a short becacuse the brake warning light was on but the headlights were not. I pulled up on e-brake than released it and the headlights came on and the break warning went off. Now the running light are still on and cant even be manually shut off.
