Ops I crashed lucky minimal mechanical damage and no frame damage But the Headlight frame mount thing it’s tack welded to the frame. How do I remove it to replace it? The drives side is way tweaked. Or should I just pull out the body hammers and straighten it out?

 

Usually called a header panel. May be able to but one aftermarket.

 

I found new ones for sale. It was getting the old one out. Luckily my coworker that used to own his own body shop flew into town today. It agreed I hammer it out and if I brake it then cut it out and weld in the new one.
