I have an 04 Stratus SXT Coupe. The past few months I have been hearing an odd noise that resembles the sound of a card in the spokes of a tire. It only sounds like that though when I accelerate. When it's sitting it makes a noise I can't really describe. It always does this upon starting but the card noise can happen randomly. I've replaced all 4 struts, front brakes and rotors, sway bar, outer tie rod ends and have 4 new tires and a front end alignment. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
