Is it a wire issue?
I have an 04 dodge stratus se 4 door
When I bought it the windshield washer pump wasn't working and it wasn't that big of deal. Now that winter is coming I wanted to fix it. I got a new pump because I thought that would be it but its still not working. I checked all the fuses and relays and still nothing. So now I cut the pigtail off and hooked it up to a different power source and there was power going to the pump. So is it a wiring issue somewhere further up? The black wire did look a little burnt or something when I did cut them.
