Default Rear Wheel Toe Alignment

Hello I have a 2004 Dodge Stratus RT Coupe 3.0 with a 5-speed manual transmission. I looked over the forms and I couldn't seem to find anything about the rear toe adjustment for my car. I put a new control arm & bushing& ball joint in the rear driver side the other day and it put a new set of tires on it and it has a bit +toe... I also put a camber kit on both rear wheels as they were both experiencing negative camber dramatically not sure if that matters at all I thought I would mention it. it looks like both tires are about straight up but the one is dog tracking pretty bad anybody know how to adjust the rear toe? Thanks
