I hadn't even thought of the blower motor resistor... Yeah that's a pain and if I'm not mistaken you have to be careful with that too take the old one out and make sure the new one you get is the same size. I changed one at a shop once they sent the new circuit card but it was different and wouldn't fit through the slot that the original sat in. Big fiasco on THAT one...

Its not hard to change, its accessed underneath the dash on the passenger side. Two screws hold it in. Sits next to the blower motor. Yes the new ones are bigger than the old ones, you have to make the slot a little wider to accomodate the new resistor. The new ceramic resistor lasts longer than the circuit style resistor that was originally in the car.

So the only place i could find that carrier a blower motor resistor is a standard blower motor resistor, would that work?

as long as you get a blower motor resistor for your year, make, model car it will work or fix the one you have, but i wouldnt recommend it

Ok, went to dodge dealership spent 24 bux on the new resistor and bam, its working perfectly. Thanks alot guys for all your help.
