Default Can someone help me please?

I posted my problem a few weeks ago and haven’t gotten a single response and I still have been unable to figure out what’s wrong with my status. It started out with a hard to one downshift it was only occasional it became more often and also my tachometer and speedometer gauges started bouncing around like crazy and I got a code for an input shaft speed sensor sorry placed both input and output shaft speed sensors well if I recall it helped a little bit for a little while and I was back to the same insult it didn’t fix the problem. Then I started getting a code I believe is P0601 something having to do with the PCM values not being correct and so I bought a remanufactured PCM and put it in again helped for a little while but soon I was having a new problem where it didn’t want to upshift the only way I could get the car to upshift was to lift off on the gas to allow it to upshift and then I can get back on the gas but I had to feather it if I gave it even a little too much gas it would start to bog and if I gave it any more gas it would actually start slowing down rather than accelerating. I searched everywhere for information and the consensus I got was that perhaps the transmission control module was bad so I just replace that and again it’s a little better than it was but it still not upshifting correctly and when I put it in drive it kind of yo-yos when it first starts to move. Like if you were on and off the gas or if you were inexperienced and driving a manual. The car is a 2001 dodge stratus 2.4 SE that my grandmother gave me before she passed. It had about 25,000 miles on it in 2015 and now only has 54,000. There is no rust but the engine block and everything that is of the same type of metal has a white corrosion on it including the PCM and TCM. Also, the metal parts (bolts brackets etc) on the firewall in the drivers footwell all have fairly significant rust considering they’re interior parts. When purchased new, there was no disclaimer that it was a flood car, but it looks like it to me. Please, this is my daily driver right now and I can’t afford to keep spending money on it. If you need more information, just ask. Thank you in advance for any help.
