I have a 1999 Dodge Stratus and the car will stop running and will not start for 5 to 20 minutes. To give you more backround been working on cars for 30 year so not a novice. Replaced the fuel pump (which was going bad and unrelated) the coil controller and fuel pump rely. Own a diagnostic tool and had it plugged in while running and not running. And did not.have any codes. While in not running mode checked for the fuel pump running and spark. The fuel pump was not turning on and did not have spark. Please if anyone has seen this one please advise
