03 Stratus R/T Output shaft sensor location
Hello! I recently bought a 2003 Stratus R/T with the 3.0 V6. The car has 78k miles on it. When scanning the car, I am getting a Output Shaft Sensor (P0720) code. I have researched and looked all over as to where that sensor is located but have had no success. I can find the 2.7 one but nothing regarding the 3.0 V6. I removed the air box and battery/battery tray and found a couple sensors under there. I removed the sensor that was located under the battery tray (It does look like similar when looking up the part). When I look up the part number on the current sensor it brings up a camshaft sensor. Any help would be appreciated!
Issues observed: When starting the car in the mornings without letting it warm up, when placing it into D or Reverse there is a hesitation then it kicks into gear. Driving down the road the car still shift and drives. It will rev up a little bit then go into gear. Bought a scanner and was shown the code mentioned above.

This might get you closer. The coupe is Mitsubishi . GR00003500-23A.fm (tearstone.com) Page 116 mentions the OSS. OEM part number for the output shaft speed sensor is 4262039051. Rockauto has aftermarket ones, are you can google that number provided and find results.
There is no camshaft sensor for the V6, its part of the distributor.
