Default 1999 Stratus ES V6 Valve cover gaskets, and Tube Seals and Plugs.

Long Story Took Car to A Different Not Dodge Dealership here where we live. Anyway well, they said that Oil leaking from valve covers and the tube seals, .And that the Stratus needs new spark plugs. That job is just too complicated for me. I have been changing the oil and using 10W-30W Full Synthetic Oil. For at least 4 years. Checked oil it was low a quart. I put some oil in around over half a quart and drove home but have not been driving since. I am going to have the Dealer Ship that is not Dodge Change plugs and Valve gaskets and tube seals. The Mechanics told me that the oil was dripping over the spark plug and causing it to misfire. (I noticed a little rough running) I do not know what kind of plugs they are going to use. Should I ask about the Plugs ? . I wanted to ask Should I ask for new Spark Plug Wires to be put on Does That make the repair job cost go way more expensive? Should I use Synthetic Oil or a Blend or Regular old fashion Oil. IS 10W-30W a good weight to use? thanks
