My check engine light came on today on my 04 stratus r/t. I opened the hood and noticed my coolant is almost empty. Is there a sensor that would cause the check engine light to come on when the coolant is low? I'm about 30 mins. away from a dodge dealership and wanted to save a trip. Thanks.

 

your coolant where is almost empty? in the radiator, or in the resevoir? coupe or sedan?

 

Its a coupe. Coolant is in the resevoir.

 

my car is very snugly covered away for the winter, or i would check, but i seem to think that there isnt much in the resevoir. does the rad look full enough?
