Default 2001 Stratus Sedan SE - Several Issues

First timer so be gentle with me! My 01 Stratus Sedan - what a journey this car has been.[:@]

My fuel pump was replaced and now my radio doesn't work. The bass/treble lights flash non stop but no display or anything else. I've taken the radio out of the dash, unplugged it, etc...and still nothing.

Second issue - heater isn't warm! Once it get's warm after 15 or so minutes of driving, when I stop at a light, it goes cold immediately.

Third - just had my oil pressure unit replaced - and now I get white smoke out of my tailpipe when I take off from a stop.

Fourth - you know the little thing on your seatbelt that keeps the buckle part in a particular area so when you grab it the buckle thing is right there - yeah - well - mine is missing - any ideas where I can get a replacement?

Fifth - A/C blows out at my feet from time to time even when it's set on my face!

Sixth - how can I replace my own air filter? Anyone have any kind of diagram or anything that I can refer to?

I have been less than satisfied w/my Stratus - love the outside - but that's about it! Dealer had to replace engine at 30,000 miles - threw a rod, had a light housing fire on the license plate light fixture, have had NUMEROUS issues since day 1. But, I guess I'm in it for the long haul!

Appreciate everyone's help!

The heater problem I had in my 01 Stratus Sedan last year. The dealer found an air pocket in my radiator and it fixed the heat problem. Is it a 2.7? If it is to get air filter is is tricky you have to angle the whole air box and take out the air box then change the filter.
