Default please help me

hey guys a noob here, first off want to say that am a 240sx guy have two in my collection, the stratus is my wifes car.

so here is the question the dam check engine light came on took it to autozone and rep said that cylinder 4 was misfiring (i just changed the spark plugs w/platinum 2 about a week earlier)so I decide and bought new sparkplug cables put in a fuelsystem cleaner changed the air filter also put a spark plug fauler(guy in autozone recomend it)which is sumthing you adapt in the sparkplug, and the same dam problem the engine has no dam power and check engine light is still on,so I take it back to autozone and guys said its a code p300 which could be fuel pump related but from experiance from the 240sx fuel pump would not cause misfire but I might be wrong,so what do you guys sugest I do ???

btw on cylinder 1 when I took the sparkplug out the thread is full of oil like is leaking could it be the valvecover gasket ? and could that be one of the things causing the problem ?

ps sorry for the long thread.

dodge ignition systems dont like platinums but to get into more depth what kind of motor and style is this stratus? And year? BTW P0300 is just the multi cyl misfire code not fuel pump related.

Just replace them w/ NGK v-powers if you want good performing plugs (not platinum)
