Have a friend who owns an '04 Stratus. He had his air filter out, and it got some rain on it, but he didn't think much of it and put it back in the car. Well, now the car won't stay running. He replaced the air filter and it still has a hard time staying running, and the SES light has come on. Any ideas? He said it seemed to get better as he went around his block twice, but I dunno.

 

so the filter was wet, and he put it back in? unless it was saturated, it shouldnt cause much of a problem..i hope that he took it back out before trying to run it, once he realized something was wrong? what motor is it?
