ok so a lil while back i had posted a topic where my key just quit working on me the remote starter would start the car and run everytihing in it fine but i could not get it in gear without it killing itself.. i had it towed to the dealership, the next day they call me and say "the problem is within the aftermarket remote starter, and ur gonna have to take it somewhere else" so that friday i had called em to recomend a suggestion someone on here had told me, they said to reprogram the key, well when i called they said ur cars done u can come get it. i go in saturday to get it put the key in it and still no radio or nothing but it would still run with the remote starter. even though i didnt try it so i went in got my money back wasnt too happy told em to do some other stuff to it too...the next day the guy called me back again, said i coulda drove the car home saturday via the remote start and that all the other stuff i requested to get done to it was complete. so i said oh ok, told him ide be in that night to get it and asked him what the total damages were money wise, so he tells me 196, i say ok, i go in my cars parked facing the road right in front ready for delivery and the cashier had my keys sitting right next to her. i ask her whats the total again, 196 was the reply. so i wrote the check got in my car and poof the key magically worked. the next day i get a message saying that he didnt realize i was coming in the night before to get my car, and that there was still the original amount of 122 that i still owed from the saturday i came to pick up my car. i called him back the next day, got his voicemail left him a message to call me back... 3 weeks later he finally calls me back and gives me this huge attitude, saying his boss said that they arent a bank, and i need to get my *** in there and pay it. so i asked to talk to his boss, his boss calls me the next day, i tell him this story and he says u know what dont worry bout that bill. i never told him to say that to u im gonna go have a nice talk with him hes going home.

That's cool that they fixed your car and took care of the bill. Also nice to see someone who cares for the customer.
