Default Headlights

Ok...im trying to adjust my headlights up so i can see more than 40 feet infront of me with my lowbeams... and the manual just says go to an autorized dealer... how do i bring the headlights up?? i thought i saw adjusting screws but they didnt do anything... i am not familiar with mitsubishi's engines or anything else that isnt a ford or pontiac.... let me know... THANKS!!!!!

it may be a frozen or stripped adjuster. when you turn the adjuster it can take a bit to adjust. did you try turning the adjuster both directions just to make sure that it is not adjust all the way one way?

i tried that... it really didnt help anything, if not made it worse... lol

Personally, it sounds like your lamps are adjusted about right for low beam.
