New member with question.
My daughter's 97 Stratus will not run when when it's damp . She had it to dealer twice but they say nothing is wrong. She has since purchased another vehicle and would like to fix this one so she can sell it. I live over 400 miles away and wish to help but don't know where to start.

What do you mean "won't run?" Does it just not start or does it stall? Explain please.
