Default Sputtering and Bucking

Hello, newbie here. I just recently acquired a 98 Stratus ES with 41700 on the clock. No more than a week later, the car is running fine and then all of a sudden stops running. Took it to the dealership where they find a faulty fuel pump. Okay, so I tell them to change it since its covered under my warranty. I get the car back, and then all of a sudden, the car starts sputtering and bucking and spitting out exhaust fumes, and not a little bit, but a lot. What could be the cause of this, its really pissing me off, because I just got it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello I am also new to the site. My best bet is that you look at the o2 sensors and the fuel pressure regulator one or the other. Your most likely running to rich in fuel as well. Hope this could be of some help.
