Newbie here. Have an 04 Dodge Stratus...too many problems for a new car. Currently, "popcorn" noise as others have descibed in previous postings. Dodge dealership claims I need to change a guard panel on the wheel well??? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I tstarting to think the dealership is taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. (considering how much they have already sucked out of me) I need help!
