I own a 1998 Dodge Stratus. My problem is the passenger front door seems to be aligned wrong. Yet when i showed a dodge dealership mechnic this...He said that it was made to be that way. when you look at it from the trunk....yea it is deffinitly off


So is it just me or does this guy not know what he is doing?[:'(]

It is maybe 1/6 or a bit more of an inch away from the roof of the car to the top of the door when it is closed.

Is this normal?

well I can loan my advice, if no water gets in or anything of that nature then I wouldn't worry about it. Other things that could have happened that the previous owner of the car wrecked it and it will never align right. Or it could just be like that. 1/6 of an inch isn't too noticable
