i have a 2003 stratus and the heater & ac only works on high can you tell me y?

 

this is a VERY common prob with the dodge. same thing happened to me. cost me $20 for the part and 1/2hr labor at the dealer. i've heard that the part needs to be soldered in, don't know. i live in germany and the dealer called it a relay. on this forum i've heard it called a resistor. I THINK there is a step by step some place on this forum, try the search. don't know how hard a job it is. good luck.

p.s. i got an '02 4dr SE w/2.7 v-6.
