OK, so my dad was driving my car and he said the A/C light in the center fan **** started blinking and the cool air stopped pumping out. What the heck happened? There were no signs of this going bad and its a brand new condenser that was replaced after an accident!!! Any ideas?

As far as I know, this means that your coolant is low, because there's a leak in the A/C system somewhere. I've got an '02 and this has happened to me so often it's not funny. I'm at the point now where I can put in 2 cans of refrigerant and it'll run cold for 15 minutes. That's it. [:@] Last time I put that stuff in there I listened and sure enough, I could hear the leak.

In my case, the problem was gradual. Sometimes the A/C would come on and slowly get warmer. Sometimes it would not come on at all.
