Default HELP! Oil by spark plugs!

Hi... I'm kinda new to the Stratus scene. I recently changed the plugs on my 2000 2.4L that I had just bought. When I pulled out the first plug it was covered in oil down by the hex portion of the plug. 3 of the other 4 were the same way. Anyone have any thoughts as to where the oil is coming from?

Thanks,

Andy

???
Does this engine have the spark plug in the center of the valve cover? I don't recall right off hand if it does or not.
But, if it does, you need to replace the O'rings in the valve cover around the spark plug holes.

Yes the plugs are in the middle of the cover. Will I need to change the gasket as well???

thats funny cause i just replaced my gasket and it does come in one kit and it took me only about a 1hr and half to do. Dont forget you have to remove the coil pack in order to get the bolt under it. Have fun!
