Default Problems with the cooling system (???)

car: Stratus LX V6 96yr

The temperature of the cooling water ultrapasses 100ºC, before never like this.
I have verified that the ventilator delays a bit more to be activated.
Already I changed the temperature sensor and the relay, but it did not improve .., everything continues the same.
When the car is quiet and with the engine on -
the temperature comes even them 110ºC, and just now that the ventilator is activates.
Do not be which is the next piece to change.
If someone has an idea to me, a unconditional lover of the Stratus,
I will remain eternally been grateful from 29º40'56.04"S / 51º27'53.73"W

things to check/change: radiator cap, if its bad the cooling system will not hold pressure; radiator, sometimes the fins can debond from the core tubes causing overheating.

have you had the cooling system flushed out? if the coolant has oil or the oil has coolant it could be a head gasket. good luck

I agree with Tom. I would flush it just to make sure that there isn't anything in there to block flow.
Have you changed your thermostat? I didn't see that mentioned in your post. I would also make sure the radiator isn't clogged with dirt and debris between the fins. Make sure there isn't anything to block airflow from the front of the radiator to the fans.
Does your coolant boil out of the overflow bottle?

to change the Radiator CAP is a good idea, also i'll to make all the verifications that you recommends to me, but my main doubt is that the ventilator delays to start, since if make it before, havent high temp.. For that reason I changes the sensor and relay., but the problem continue.

I'll change the termostat too, i need about 10 days from Rockauto to here,
but no boilt, already the temp. go to 110*C only, when the car is stop, never on road.
but my main doubt is that the ventilator delays to start, For that reason I changes the sensor and relay., but the problem no change.

try putting power straight to the motor, bypassing the relays and fuses. might have a bad motor. good luck.
