I drive a 2000 dodge stratus with 136,XXX miles on it. My water pump decided to go out on me so i had to replace the timing belt and water pump it does start and run fine but its now throwing a engine code? Any ideas of what it would be from? I did set the timing at TDC when taking off the timing belt so it runs fine, idles great.. never had check engine light come on bf. Also my car has been make a whining noise coming from the passenger side from the engine or one of the pullys anybody had this problem bf? I cant seem to figure it out i have replaced the timing belt, water pump, Timing belt pully, idler pully, and alternator. So i only have 2 more things to replace which is the p/s, or the a/c.. so im woundering if anybodys had this same noise in there stratus to narrow it down to one! thanks for the help!
