car is a 1996 cirrus codes 17 & 42 17: running to cold, 42igniton coil circut system, the car has 79,000 miles and seems to miss/ hesitate from any speed and gas milage is suffering badly I pulled the recently changed spark plugs and they look nearly brand new most clean plugs i have ever seen that have been ran! I have no idea of whats wrong but was wondering if someone could give me something to look at . the radiator needs to be replace so im thinking running to cold from the sensor not being in coolant hence its reading the air temp. any help would be appreciated also can you reset the codes by disconnecting tha batt on this model? thanks Glenn
