Default Clicking and shaking in front end

I have a 03' Stratus 2.4. I have noticed in the last month or so that there is a clicking noise going on somewhere in the front. I can feel it in the wheel and sometimes can feel it throughout the whole vehicle. It seems to be less significant at really low speeds, like 5-10 MPH, but is very noticeable around 30 MPH. It sounds like it is coming from the axle or wheel area. The clicking does change its pace with how fast or slow I am going. Everything on this car is stock. I have 51,000 miles.

If anyone has any clue what this could be it would be great if you could let me know.

Default RE: Clicking and shaking in front end

Hello
From my experience with all the cars I had if it is clicking and you can feel it in the steering wheel it is either a tie rod end or the seal my need to be replaced in the wheel. Probably the first more than the second. Hope this helps

Seals don't click. My guess is you have a c/v joint going very bad , especiallyif you feel a shake. Tie rods will clunk and sometimes produce a shimmy. A wheel bearing is another outside possibility, but they will usually howl a long time before they produce a shake.
