Default Weird stalling problem

I've seen this question asked elsewhere, but have yet to find an answer. I have a 99 Cirrus, 2.5 auto. Recently while driving it just stalls. It does not buck, or cough at all, it just quits. Sometimes it happens when applying the brakes, other times when the gas is applied. Occasionally it will start right back up, but most of the time it won't start for 15 min. or more. It just turns over that's it. The car runs beautifully and is strong, but I can't keep sending my wife and kid out in it and have it keep dying. Any ideas?

I parked the car after work 4 days ago, now it won't start. It turns over and the fuel pump cycles, but there is no spark. Am I looking at an ECU? There have not been any codes thrown or stored.

I know with my 98 Avenger, the CPS (crank position sensor) would cause an issue like this, but the no spark seems like a different problem
