I am actually asking about the Chrysler sebring, but the coupes are the same as the dodge stratus coupes, anyway, I though the coolant should be orange. The one on this 03 Sebring coupe with the 3.0L engine is green. The manual doesn't describe much. And how do you know if you have the iridium spark plugs in the engine? Thanks for your help.

Coolant color is not car spacific, but coolant manufacturer spacific. Although someone here may be able to identify the spacific chemical composition of one coolant over another, you will fine a varaty of colors out there.
Brown is the only color I hate to see, as that indicates rust in the sysem.
Ive never needed uridium plugs in my car so I can be no help there, sorry. But pulling one and inspecting it should tell you something.
