01 Stratus won't start, dash lights and radio dont light up
I have a 01 Stratus SE 2.7 with 95k that has been running great. This evening I went to a friends house and after being there for an hour, I went outside to move my car to a different spot (I was in his roomates spot). It started fine but when I came back out 45 minlater to start my car to go home, it wouldn't start, not even a clicking noise. The lights on the dashDONT lightup (cruise, oil, gas light, ect..) and the stock radioDOES NOTwork either, although the heaterturns on.It has plenty of juice in the battery. Anyone have any idea what could be the issue??? Thanks.

Update:
This AM I went to examine the car more closely and found a blown fuse under the hood in the STARTER/ FUEL circuit. After replacing the fuse, I treid to start it again. This time the lights and radio came on, but when I tried starting it, the fuse blow out again. My starter and fuel pump has never givin me any problems before so im a bit lost now. Any help would be appriciated.
