Default 2000 Dodge Stratus engine tranny problems

I just installed my a604 back into my Stratus. I have no power to the
wheels and the engine will not rev over 2200rpms. I had a bad torque
conveter. I replaced the torque converter and the front pump and the
electric solonoid. Do I need to replace the input output sensors? What
am I missing here?????

ok. Well I figured out that the pump was still priming and I have power to the wheels now and the rpms are acting normal now. I shut it off when I saw steam or smoke comming out of the dipstick tube. I am not sure if the clutch bands are toast or if the system was just hot while the pump was priming. So I am at a loss for what is going on. I am ready to spend the cash that I dont have and take it to the shop.

I decided to take it off one more time and look inside it. I think that something is binding up in there. Possibly the input shaft on the front pump.
